All payments for The WOW Factor Soccer Program, including The WOW Series sessions, camps, clinics and other programs are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the event that a session is canceled by the program and cannot be rescheduled.
No credits or make-ups will be offered for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel, or weather-related issues unless otherwise communicated.
